Q   How do I know what size leotard to order?

A   Click here to check out our size chart to determine what size leotard your gymnast needs, based on her (or his) measurements.

      Watch our video showing how to take each measurement for a perfectly fitting leotard.


  When will I receive my order?

A   Most orders ship the day after we receive your order, if the item ordered is in stock and ready to ship. We are located in Central California, so that affects shipping times, depending upon where you are located.

     If the item ordered is not ready to ship, expect production to take about 2 weeks for most of our items. Some items may take longer, and those production times are noted in the product description.


Q  I want to order custom face masks.  Where can I find that info?

  Why did my credit card decline?

A   The most frequent cause of declined cards is that you need to use the correct billing address for your credit card, especially zip code.


Q   What methods of payment do you accept?

A    VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal


Q   How do I care for my new products?

A   Please read the care tags carefully and follow the directions. We recommend washing most gymnastic leotards by hand in salt water.

Q   What shipping method is used for Free Shipping?

A   Free shipping in the USA is done via a ground service with UPS or US Postal Service. 


Q   What if I need my order in a hurry for a birthday or a competition?

A   You can upgrade your shipping on the website. We also recommend that you give us a call at 1-888-509-6234

      to make sure that we can produce your order quickly and mark your order for priority shipping.  You may also need to upgrade your shipping.


Q   I forgot my account password, how do I reset it?

A   Contact us by email at [email protected] and we will help you reset your password.


Q   How do I track my order?

A   You will need to log into your account and track your order from there.


Q   Why aren’t all of your products in stock?

A    With the comeback from the COVID-19 pandemic, not every item is in stock and ready to ship. However, we have very fast turn around times. Most stock items will take about 2 weeks in production before shipping. 

      Competition leotards are not kept in stock. You will find, however, that we have the shortest manufacturing times of any other

Q   What is the cost to change colors on competition leotards?

A   There is no additional charge to change color on your competition leotard.


Q    Do you ship to…?

A    We ship all over the world.


Q   Do you offer volume discounts on large orders?

A   Yes. The larger the quantity, the larger the discount.   See more here:


Q   Why was I charged sales tax?

A   Purchases made in the state of California and shipped to California addresses are subject to sales tax.


Q   How do you determine the currency rate applied to out-of-country purchases?

A   Our website is set to automatically apply the current currency rate to your purchase.

      If buying thru PayPal, it will also do an immediate currency exchange for you.
