Bottom line is...we want you to be pleased!

If your return is due to an error on our part, we will give you full credit, replacement, or refund.

If the return is due to an error on your part (or you have changed your mind), and the merchandise is in UNWORN re-sellable condition - WITH TAGS AND SCRUNCHIE STILL ATTACHED, you only have to pay the re-shipping cost.

RETURNS ARE LIMITED TO 30 DAYS PAST PURCHASE DATE.

NOTE: COMPETITION LEOTARDS, CUSTOM GARMENTS, AND PERSONALIZED DESIGNS, INCLUDING MYGYMSHOP™ ITEMS, ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE, AS THEY ARE MADE JUST FOR YOU!

Returns Under Special Sales:

For orders placed with Free Shipping, if you return all or part of an order and your total no longer equals $99 or more, the standard shipping charge will be subtracted from the refund issued.

For orders placed as a "buy x, get y free" (i.e. "buy 3, get the 4th one free") promotion, if you return part of your order and you are no longer purchasing the minimum amount of items for the promotion, the cost of the free item will be subtracted from any refund issued.

We want to give you the best service possible, so please use our Exchange/Return Form available for download below in PDF format. Your Sales Receipt included with your shipment will have the Return/Exchange form on the backside as well. Let us know what you are returning and the reason for the return then indicate the action you want us to take. To ensure accurate handling, send a copy of the original invoice/sales receipt.
