NCAA Women's Gymnastics National Championship

Eight NCAA gymnastics teams advance to the National Championship based on their performance at the Regional Championships. The top two teams from each of the four Regional Championships are the teams that qualify. As well as four all-around competitors and 4 event specialists on each event who are not members of a qualifying team.

The 2023 National qualifying teams are California, Oklahoma, Utah, UCLA, Denver, Kentucky, Florida and LSU.

The National Championship will be held at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. The competition will run from April 13 - 15.

Denver, LSU, California, and Florida will compete in the first session of semifinals: April 13 at 3:00 pm ET.

Oklahoma, Kentucky, UCLA, and Utah will compete in the second session of semifinals: April 13 at 9:00 pm ET.

The top two scoring teams from each session advance to the final night of competition: April 15 at 4:00 pm ET. The highest-scoring team at this competition is then crowned the NCAA Women's Gymnastics National Champion.

This is the biggest NCAA gymnastics event of the year. The best gymnasts in the country all gathered in one arena fighting for the title they have all worked so hard for. This is a weekend of gymnastics you will not want to miss. It is going to be a nail-biter, as it always is when it comes down to tenths of a point in gymnastics.

Be sure to tune in to ESPN2 for semifinals and ABC for finals. This is going to be some big gymnastics!

Snowflake Designs loves watching gymnasts grow through their careers. From little kids in mommy and me classes to college gymnasts, we love growing with the athletes. We admire the years of hard work and dedication that these athletes put in and want to be there to support them along the way. We are very excited about this big weekend of gymnastics and all the sparkly leotards that come with it!
