Snowflake Designs Employee Spotlight: Kim Brooks
In honor of Snowflake Designs' 40th anniversary in 2025, we will be doing special spotlight features throughout the year to honor and celebrate those who have made this amazing accomplishment possible. We have a lot of people and things to be thankful for as we look back on the past 40 years. None of it would have been possible without our amazing employees and customers. We are so incredibly thankful for the past 40 years and excited for the amazing things that the future holds for Snowflake.
We started our 40th celebration with a stroll down memory lane on how the business got started with a feature story on LaDonna Snow, Founder & CEO of Snowflake Designs. We are keeping the party going with a feature on another incredibly smart, hard-working, and loyal lady, Kim Brooks! Kim plays a big role in Team Sales and is our Office Manager.
Kim started working at Snowflake Designs in May 2014. She has an extensive background in the gymnastics world. She started gymnastics when she was 5 years old. At the age of 13, she switched from gymnastics to diving, another wonderful sport! Kim has two daughters, one of whom was a gymnast, which is how Kim learned about Snowflake Designs leotards! Now, Kim has a two-year-old granddaughter who is also a gymnast. And of course, she wears Snowflake leotards and biketards to gymnastics class!
Kim's experience in the sport as an athlete and as a parent, in addition to her 10 years of experience at Snowflake Designs, has shaped her into a gymnastics wear expert. She understands what coaches and gymnasts want and need out of gymnastics wear and always strives to provide them with Snowflake's best products.
Kim works with gymnastics coaches and teams to help them find the perfect gymnastics wear for competitions, practices, holiday shows, and so much more! From helping teams select a stock style to making a custom, one-of-a-kind leotard design come to life, Kim does it all! You can also find Kim at the Snowflake Designs booth at many gymnastics competitions and conventions.

We are thankful to have someone like Kim. She is very hard-working and passionate about the success of Snowflake Designs. She has played a big role in getting Snowflake where it is today. We could not have done it without you, Kim! Thank you for all that you do!
