Snowflake Designs NIL Program
Snowflake Designs is so excited to announce the start of a NIL program! We have partnered with seven amazing college gymnasts who have designed their very own signature leotards. Each gymnast was encouraged to design a leotard that captured their personality, and they did just that! These leotards feature a variety of different colors, prints, accents, and rhinestones.
The Snowflake Designs Signature Athletes of the Summer 2023 are:

What is NIL?
NIL stands for Name, Image and Likeness. It is a policy that allows NCAA student-athletes to be compensated for their name, image, and likeness. For decades, the NCAA did not allow college athletes to receive compensation for endorsements, autographs, or anything that used their name, image, or likeness as a promotion. In the last few years, states began passing laws that allowed college athletes to sign endorsement deals. Now, athletes are being seen as the face of companies all over the country.
As a gymnastics wear company, we found this as a great opportunity to expand our relationships in the gymnastics community, allow college gymnasts the opportunity to design their own leotard, and provide something to our customers that we have never done before – A College Gymnast Signature Leotard Collection.
We have loved working with all these amazing gymnasts and cannot wait for everyone to see their beautiful signature leotards. Stay tuned for the launch date and sneak peeks!
