When Will My Snowflake Designs Gymnastics Leotard Arrive?

Howell graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2022 with a degree in Public Relations and Psychology and she was on the Penn State Women's Gymnastics team. Post-graduation, she worked at a marketing agency until she found herself looking to get back into the gymnastics industry.

In 2015, Snowflake Designs had their 30th birthday. After 30 years in business, the Snowflake Designs team was so excited to celebrate with friends and customers! LaDonna Snow, CEO, says she never imagined being in business this long, let alone growing the business to where it is today. It brings her great joy to see kids wearing Snowflake leotards. From making leotards for her daughters to now shipping them all over the world, it has been quite a wonderful journey.
Acrobatic gymnastics is one of the oldest sports in the world, but it was new to Snowflake Designs in 2016. LaDonna Snow, CEO of Snowflake Designs, was introduced to acrobatic gymnastics a while back and has been blown away by every single performance she sees.
LaDonna Snow had the pleasure of taking the Snowflake Designs team to the Central Coast Gymnastics' SLO Acrobatic Spectacular in San Luis Obispo, California. We watched and met 180 young athletes from across the state competing in Competitive Acrobatics, or "acro" - a combination of dance, tumbling, and partner stunts performed in pairs or groups on a spring floor.
In the past we've asked all of you to tell us your burning questions about Snowflake Designs. I sat down with the owner of Snowflake Designs, LaDonna Snow, to answer some of those questions. So without further ado, here are the answers to some of the questions that you guys have been dying to ask us!
Q: How long have you been creating leotards?
A: I have been creating leotards for at least 50 years!
Q: What made you start a leotard company?
A: I started making leotards because I couldn’t find any cute leotards for my daughter. Every leotard I saw was made for ballet and only in the colors black and pink. I began making them myself, and the other gym moms loved them and requested leotards of their own. A business
