Rose's work ethic is admirable, she is always pushing herself to get better. She is always one of the first in the gym and the last to leave. She takes corrections very well and is a very coachable

Banana is 11 years old and a level 6 gymnast, training level 7. Her coach jokingly says that she is a level 6.75 because she almost has all her skills for level 7.
She just finished up her level 6 competition season at the Virginia State Championship and placed 2nd on vault and 3rd
